The debtor from Achinsk turned her apartment into a trash / incident of Krasnoyarsk and Krasnoyarsk Territory / Newslab.ru

In Achinsk, the bailiffs ordered a 60-year-old debtor to bring a cluttered apartment in proper form. This was reported in the press service of the Russians of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

For many years, a woman forced her apartment with a trash and thereby delivered strong inconvenience to the neighbors. A citizen lived in unsanitary conditions. This turned out when the bailiffs came to her to present a decision on the initiation of enforcement proceedings, the subject of which was the dwelling. The entrance to the apartment was blocked by blockages of packaging from food, cockroaches crawled everywhere.

Together with the decision on the initiation of enforcement proceedings and the fulfillment of the requirements of the executive document, the bailiffs issued Achinka a decision to recover the executive fee, but it did not pay it. Specialists went to the debtor several times to check how the woman fulfills the court’s decision and copes with the cleaning of the cluttered apartment.

“During the inspection of the dwelling, the bailiff established that the court decision was executed in partial, and not in full. Since the debtor did not comply with the requirements of the executive document, the bailiff compiled a protocol on an administrative offense, in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 17.15 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, the liability of which threatens the debtor with a fine, ”said the GUFSSP

Later, the citizen contacted the bailiffs on the phone and said that the decision of the Achinsky city court was fulfilled in full. Specialists came to her home to fix the fact of fulfilling the requirements and saw that the woman had finally got rid of a pile of garbage in the apartment and spent insects. The room has become suitable for living, the enforcement proceedings were completed.
