FCSB, major fine after match with Young Boys

FCSB was fined 80,000 lei after the match with Young Boys from the Europa League, concluded with the victory of the Swiss score 2-0. The company that dealt with guard and protection also received a fine of 3000 lei.

According to the Gendarmerie statement, following the incidents before the starting whistle, four supporters from Young Boys received prohibitions on the stadium for one year and were sanctioned contraventionally with fines in a total value of 2000 lei.

Fines after FCSB – Young Boys: “For non -observance of their obligations”

“Following the violation of the legal provisions in force, the gendarmes applied 10 contraventional sanctions, totaling 85,400 lei.

We emphasize that, of these, three contraventional sanctions, totaling 80,000 lei, were applied to the organizer of the sports event, and a contraventional sanction, worth 3,000 lei, was applied to the specialized security and protection company, for the non -observance of the obligations.

At the same time, 4 complementary sanctions were applied regarding the prohibition of access to sports competitions for a period of one year.

In this context, we emphasize that, following the incident created by the guest supporters during access, four of them were sanctioned contraventionally with fines in a total value of 2000 lei and the prohibition to participate in sports competitions for a period of one year.

Next, checks are made to identify and sanction other persons who have violated the legal framework in force.

Young Boys supporters had a conflict with the gendarmerie before the match

The ultras of Young Boys moved to Bucharest dressed in the gendarmes before entering the national arena. The fans forced the entrance to the stadium, although the gendarmes told them to wait for a signal on their part. Tensions escalated after law enforcement discovered pyrotechnic materials on fans. The supporters forced the entrance, things degenerated, and the gendarmes used tear gas.
