The ex-pedagogue from Krasnoyarsk was sent for correctional labor for mockery of a child-autistic child (video)

In Krasnoyarsk, the court sentenced the ex-teacher of a specialized school for cruelty with a third-handwriter. This was reported in the regional prosecutor's office.

According to the supervisory authority, from November 2023 to April 2024, a woman systematically mocked her student. Instead of knowledge and care, the boy regularly received insult and humiliation from the teacher. The child suffers from autism, which was the reason for the cruel treatment of an adult woman with him. The schoolboy could not protect himself, because he did not know how to talk. The actions of the teacher stopped law enforcement officers.

“His mother noticed something was amiss: the child became very alarming and excitable. Then she put a recorder in his backpack to him and found out with horror that the teacher not only used obscene abuse in communication with her child, but also threatened physical reprisal, ”the prosecutor’s office said.

In court, the woman tried to justify herself. She stated that everything was limited only to words, so she does not consider it to be cruel treatment.

The ex-teacher of the Krasnoyarsk special school was found guilty of non-fulfillment of the duties of raising a minor connected with cruel treatment (Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), sentenced to compulsory work for a period of 380 hours and recovered 200 thousand rubles in favor of a boy.
