Ingredients:
Apple juice – 250 ml
Sugar – 200 g
Agar-Agar-3 g
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.

How to cook:
- Mix apple juice, sugar and agar-agar in a deep bowl. Leave for 10-15 minutes to swell.
- Put the mixture on a slow fire and, constantly stirring, bring to a condition close to boiling so that agar-agar and sugar are completely dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and vanilla, mix thoroughly.
- Cool the mass to a warm state, stirring periodically.
- Beat with a mixer for 10-15 minutes. The mixture should turn out to be airy.
- Transfer the mass to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, and smooth out.
- Send the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, and preferably at night.
- After hardening, cut the marshmallows into the squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
