In Krasnoyarsk, an anti -drug action “Clean Yard” started, the police said. In addition to law enforcement officers, representatives of the Patriot Military Military Sports Center and other volunteer organizations of the city take part in the action.
The press service reminded that among those involved in the drug business there are not only sales of prohibited substances, but also those who are engaged in their advertising. Such people are called “stencils.” Participants of the action will look for inscriptions in the city with advertising of prohibited online stores and transfer information about them to management companies or the management of private enterprises. The owners of the buildings after that will have to paint over the inscriptions violating the law.
The police recalled that for applying the inscriptions with drug propaganda, the content provides for punishment under Article 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Propaganda of narcotic drugs”, the fine is up to 5,000 rubles.
