The video of the incident was published by the Telegram channel “Kam'yanets-Loaning News”. The message states that the TCC car allegedly ran into a woman, which caused indignation among passers -by.
“The actions of citizens had signs of organized resistance to the performance of official duties by representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the report said.
In TCC, it was informed that law enforcement officers and representatives of military law enforcement officers worked at the scene.
It was also noted there that the obstruction of the legitimate activities of the Armed Forces and other military units during martial law can be qualified as state betrayal or other serious crimes against the foundations of the national security of Ukraine. Criminal liability is also provided for resistance to law enforcement officials and military personnel, hooliganism, damage to property and obstructing the performance of official duties.
“We call citizens to the immediate termination of any illegal actions, compliance with the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine and compliance with public order. […] The Armed Forces act exclusively within the limits of their legal powers, and any actions aimed at obstructing this will not be left without proper legal assessment, ”added to the TCC.
