83-year-old Krasnoyarsk lost light in the garage due to the illegal decision of the cooperative (video)

The Krasnoyarsk prosecutor's office helped the 83-year-old child of the Great Patriotic War return electricity to their garage. This was reported in the press service of the department.

Last fall, members of the Garage Cooperative CASKAD, at the vote, decided to recover 10 thousand rubles from each owner in order to urgently repay the debt to the energy supplying organization to urgently.

The pensioner did not agree with this decision – he insisted that he always paid bills in time. However, his opinion remained unheard. The man lost the opportunity to use electricity in his garage.

Later it turned out that voting cannot be considered illegal, since it was carried out without the necessary quorum. The prosecutor's office reacted to this. The light returned to the applicant’s garage – I did not have to pay for it.
