Experts seized and disposed of 40 kg of low -quality meat, minced meat, fish and liver. In addition, dairy products were discovered from local manufacturers who did not pass laboratory tests.
In particular, in the sample of peasant butter, 72.5 %, the “old kachug” from Motorina and K LLC from the village of Berezovka revealed a discrepancy in fat and acid composition and sterils, which may indicate the presence of vegetable fats. Similar violations were found in the sample of another product from Berezovka – Sweet-hungry, unsalted traditional oil, higher grade, MJ 82.5 %, manufacturer of Krasmol LLC. The discrepancy was also revealed in four samples of dairy and meat products of manufacturers from other regions.
After the inspection in the “Mayak”, the checks took place from the manufacturers themselves from the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Specialists canceled Production certificates for a batch of products weighing 312 kg. Declarations of compliance with butter were recognized as invalid. 89 kg of low -quality products were seized and destroyed from the turnover.
In six stores of the Mayak chain in Krasnoyarsk, Emelyanovsky and Achinsky districts of the region of the audit of the Rosselkhoznadzor are still ongoing.
The amount of the fine amounted to 300 thousand rubles. The fine was paid in twenty -day. Directors of trusted stores were also brought to administrative responsibility.
