“The most common remarks are the appearance of potholes on the road surface, deviation of rain recreational wells, as well as the presence of non -asphalt sampling places. Basically, the disadvantages are local in nature, but quite large areas with defects were revealed, they are already eliminated or in work. Among them are the streets of Shevchenko, Pioneer Pravda, Transit, Medical Lane, ”said the deputy head of the surprise Anton Getz.

In total, more than 200 comments have been identified, about half have already been eliminated today. Among the problem areas there are those that were repaired last year. The performance of the customer service is monitored for the implementation of the activities, as they are completed, they are accepted. Monitoring is also carried out by social activists.

“We receive complaints most often to those areas where they did not make repairs for a long time. There are also appeals for objects at which work is carried out, but now there are fewer of them. We try to work out each question together with the city services, ”said Evgeny Retz, curator of the Popular Front project. Roads “.

Note that at the moment, warranty obligations continue to operate for 225 objects where repairs were carried out in the period from 2020.

“When implementing road plans in the current season, one of our key tasks is to correct the shortcomings that were identified during the revision of objects in the requirement of contractors. Part of the defects that the customer service revealed today have already been eliminated. Let me remind you that in Krasnoyarsk we continue to implement the tasks of the president of the country as part of the new national project “Infrastructure for Life”. The plan of this year is the repair of 57 sites. In May, along a number of streets they have already begun asphalting, there are completed objects.
