The general director of Med-Enging LLC will appear before the court for giving a bribe by the head physician of the Minusinsk hospital. The businessman transferred the money in non -standard ways, they told the prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Recall that in the period from 2023 to 2024, the Minusinsk Interdistrict Hospital concluded 13 contracts for the supply of medical equipment and medical devices with the only supplier-Med-Enging LLC. Their total amount amounted to more than 15 million rubles. The company put electrocardiographs, IVL devices and expenditure materials for X-ray apparates.

The head physician provided the counterparty with the receipt of contracts without bidding. At the same time, the transaction value was overstated. For this, the head of the hospital received a bribe in the amount of 800 thousand rubles from the general director of the company. The businessman conveyed the illegal reward in units in envelopes, an advertising booklet and even a pack of buckwheat porridge.

“I put the money in a box of rapidly disconnected buckwheat porridge. During lunch, he put the box on the table and told the head physician that this was my gift, he understood everything and smiled over my conspiracy, but he took a box with money, ”said the head of the supplier.

The prosecutor concluded a pre -trial agreement on cooperation with the accused, he pleaded guilty in full. The general director approved the charge of giving a bribe. Also, in relation to the company, they may initiate an administrative case of illegal remuneration on behalf of a legal entity.

A criminal case was suspended against the head physician, because he signed a contract for military service.
