The Department of Urban Planning of Krasnoyarsk entered into an agreement on the integrated development of the territory on Ulyanovsky Avenue in the Sovetsky District. The initiator was the SZ Constructive Development LLC, the reported City Hall.
The company owns 1.4 hectares. On the territory there used to be a sanatorium-professional, the owner of which was one of the enterprises.
Under the terms of the contract, which is concluded for 5 years, the developer will erect residential buildings, driveways, parking on the site – above -ground and underground, and will also make landscaping.
In addition, on the ground floor of one of the buildings, it should provide for a non -residential room with an area of 1000 m², which must be transferred free of charge to municipal property to accommodate the institution of additional education of children.
