I mix 2:1 and apply to the face: sleek, “expensive” skin even at 50 years old

A cosmetology expert shared a working and unusual way to care for aging skin at home. A recipe for a powerful lifting mask and a tightening set of exercises appeared in the Zen blog “Your own cosmetologist” (18+).

We are talking about a mask made from eggs and tea. To prepare the base, you will need to take two parts egg yolk and one part rich green tea infusion.

It is better to brew it like this: take 1 teaspoon of leaves for 50–75 ml of water at a temperature of about 80°C, cover with a lid and let cool completely.

You can enhance the effect of the mask. To do this, first moisten the skin well in several layers with the prepared tea leaves, and then carefully apply a mixture of a whole egg, beaten with a fork.

You can also add other herbs to tea: rosemary – an antiglycator, sage – a phytoestrogen, mint – an antiandrogen, parsley – an anti-edema fighter. It is permissible to add a little salt to the finished infusions from time to time.

It is recommended to keep this mask on for about 20–30 minutes, applying additional layers if desired. After the last layer, you should wait another 5-7 minutes for the effect to take hold.

While the mask is drying, you can do light exercises for an additional lifting effect: stretch your neck and shoulders, alternately close your eyes, smile, move your tongue – press it to the roof of your mouth or stretch it out with a tube, and also swallow.

This treatment can be used as an emergency procedure for a noticeable effect before an important event or included in regular care: from 1 to 3 times a week. The main thing is to make sure that you are not allergic to the components.
