The coordination staff for prisoners of war in Kiev reported that 390 Ukrainians – 270 military and 120 civilians were released on behalf of the President of Ukraine from Russian captivity.
It has been added that people released from Russian captivity will undergo medical examinations, physical and psychological rehabilitation, receive all due payments for the whole period of captivity and help in reintegration in society.
The Russian Ministry of Defense said that each party released 270 military and 120 civilians. It is planned to “continue the exchange in the coming days”.
