In Krasnoyarsk, the court sentenced the driver of a foreign car, who arranged an accident with a motorcyclist.
Everything happened on April 9, 2025 on Akademgorodok Street. The driver of Toyota Rav 4 did not give way to the Yamaha motorcycle, which was moving along the main road along the Academician Kirensky Street towards Akademgorodok and enjoyed the predominant right to travel the intersection.
“As a result of an accident, the driver of the Yamaha motorcycle was affected by a slight harm to health,” the united press service of the vessels of the Krasnoyarsk Territory said.
The driver of a foreign car was found guilty of an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 12.24 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of the road or the rules of operation of the vehicle, which resulted in causing light or moderate severity of harm to the health of the victim).
Now the motorist must pay a fine of 5 thousand rubles.
