Krasnoyarsk stole money from a friend’s card, taking advantage of her kindness.

In March, the local police department received a statement from a resident of the regional center that 76 thousand rubles were stolen from her credit card. The card was tied to the phone of the victim’s daughter. As the police installed, the girl lent her friend the phone for use, as he was broken. The application of the bank was installed on the gadget, which in the presence of a friend used the daughter of the victim.

The law enforcement officers detained the suspect, they turned out to be previously inconvenient 41-year-old Krasnoyar. He said that he decided to use the card as soon as he saw that she had money. Since it was impossible to remove them directly, he transferred part to his acquaintances to the accounts and they returned him in cash, spent part on food and alcohol, spent the rest, playing on the exchange. Realizing that the card was empty, he returned the victim’s phone through his acquaintances.

Currently, an investigation into a criminal case against the accused of committing a crime of Part 3 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Theft” is completed. The thief faces up to 6 years in prison.
