In Tomsk, more than 600 children consider themselves victims of bullying

In the Tomsk region, an anonymous survey about bullying was conducted among 5th and 9th grade students. More than 13.4 thousand schoolchildren from 245 educational institutions took part in the survey.

As reported by RIA Tomsk, 614 children admitted that they were victims of bullying, and 285 schoolchildren said that they themselves attacked others. The overwhelming majority – 10.5 thousand people – answered that they had not encountered bullying.

Compared to 2024, the proportion of victims of bullying remained approximately the same: then 4.7% of respondents reported bullying, and this year – 4.8%. The number of aggressors also remained almost unchanged: 2.3% versus 2.5% a year earlier.
