Krasnoyarskaya GRAS-2 won the regional view-competition / Economics of the Economics of Krasnoyarsk and Krasnoyarsk Territory / Newslab.ru

The results of the competition were summed up in the Krasnoyarsk Territory for the best organization of labor protection.

Its goal is to improve the system of labor protection management, the popularization of the culture of production, advanced experience and achievements in this area. Traditionally, the organizer of the event is the regional labor and employment agency. City districts, municipal areas and employers operating in the region participate in the competition. This year has received more than 200 applications.

Krasnoyarsk GRAS-2 took first place in the nomination “Best Organization of Labor Protection among Employers of the Krasnoyarsk Territory” in the sector “Production and distribution of electricity, gas and water, the provision of other utilities”.

Victory in the competition is deserved, – noted in the Siberian Generating Company. Safety and labor protection issues at all enterprises of SGK are paid to special attention, a whole range of measures and projects to create safe and comfortable working conditions is being implemented.

Members of the competitive commission were also convinced of this, having studied the documents submitted by the Krasnoyarsk GRES-2. All requirements are fulfilled at the station: regulatory acts are approved, all types of mandatory personnel training are regularly held, initiatives for participation in competitions, trainings, corporate competitions and conferences are supported.

Employees are involved in the project “Hunting for risks”, the essence of which is to teach each specialist to see a potential danger in the workplace and prevent its development in time. SGK power engineers undergo compulsory training on labor protection and work out first aid skills on special robots-tranels–only successfully passed the exam are allowed for independent work. The presence of employees on the territory of production sites without workwear, specialobuvi and other necessary personal protective equipment is strictly prohibited.

Participation and victory in such competitions is an incentive for further improvement and implementation of new, more effective methods for ensuring safe working conditions in production, ”said Sergey Samoilov, director of the Krasnoyarsk GRESS-2.
