Harvard suits Trump's administration. It is a decision about students

“With one stroke of the pen, the government decided to deprive Harvard of a quarter of students, i.e. foreign students who make a significant contribution to the university's activities and the implementation of his mission,” Harvard emphasized in the lawsuit cited by the Associated Press agency.

The claim was filed on Friday to the Federal Court in Boston. The university argues in it that the government's operation violates the first amendment to the Constitution and It will have an “immediate and devastating impact on Harvard and over 7,000 visa owners”.
