In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a list of documents will change to receive benefits for transport tax

The Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in the first reading adopted amendments to the Law “On Transport Tax”.
The project was proposed by the prosecutor's office in the interests of large families who raise adopted children. Now, in order to get a tax benefit, it is necessary to provide a package of documents, including, among other things, a certificate of adoption.
The prosecutor’s office proposes to exclude this document in order to maintain the secret of adoption, as well as reduce the number of papers that the family should serve.
The bill was discussed at the Committee on Economics and Tax Policy of the Regional Parliament under the chairmanship of Yegor Vasiliev. At the session, he was supported unanimously.
