American plane crash in Iraq. The military issued a statement


The plane allegedly crashed in western Iraq as a result of an incident involving a second plane. The US military says the cause was not enemy or friendly fire. “The incident occurred in friendly airspace during Operation Epic Fury,” reads a statement from U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM).

The second plane involved in the incident landed safely in Israel.
