The New York Times (NYT), in turn, wrote that satellite photos of objects, which last week were the objectives of the attacks of the army of both countries, contradict the declarations of the authorities of India and Pakistan with severe losses inflicted on the opponent. NYT compared the photographs of individual objects before and after the attacks. According to the American newspaper, the damage was much smaller than claimed, and “it seems, they were mostly inflicted on India.” The newspaper also emphasized that the fire conducted using drones and missiles was precisely targeted. A total of over one hundred people died in the four days of armed clashes; India confirmed the death of five soldiers, and Pakistan – eleven. Other victims are civilians.
