In the photo – Vitaly K., detained for blowing up the car of a Black Sea Fleet officer in Sevastopol.
In recent years, the 47-year-old entrepreneur has lived in Alupka, since 2020 he has owned a small business with craft soap and skincare products; he used to be a laborer.
According to Mash on the Wave, Vitaly came to Crimea from Lvov. After his arrest, he admitted that on November 13 he detonated an explosive device under the driver’s seat of Valery Trankovsky’s car. The officer lost both legs and died on the spot.
