In Norilsk and Taimyr, an accelerator began for strategic growth of NGOs

The new two -year project, implemented by ANO “Consulting Resource Center for NPO and SP”, is designed to create conditions for increasing the systematic and stability of non -profit organizations and budgetary institutions of Norilsk and Taimyr.
In Norilsk, a presentation of the long -term project “Pulse of Development: Accelerator of NPO strategies” took place. Initiative for the period From May 2025 to May 2027 And about 40 organizations of Norilsk and Taimyr, guided by the participation of about 40 organizations, is designed to help them move from episodic design activity to systemic strategic planning and sustainable development. The project is being implemented by the ANO “Consulting Resource Center for NPO and SP” (CRC) with the support of the target capital “Our Norilsk” Foundation.
Elena Porokhina, the head of the Pulse Development project, emphasized that this is not a one -time event, but a thoughtful two -year work aimed at high -quality transformation of the participants. The key task is to help the specialists of NPOs and budgetary institutions to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for effective management of their organizations, to learn how to overcome modern challenges and, as a result, go to the status of system organizations, whose activities are long -term and predictable.
“Our accelerator is a practical tool that will help turn good intentions and vivid ideas into systemic activities that bring a measurable result,” said Elena Porokhina.
The Foundation for Target Capital “Our Norilsk” acted as a key partner of the accelerator. The head of the fund, Anna Makukha, explained that the decision on support was based on the results of the study of the needs of the non -profit sector in 2024. It revealed that one of the main “pains” for NPO Norilsk and Taimyr is to ensure financial stability, which is impossible without a clear and developed development strategy.
“We are sure that the“ pulse of development ”will help our organizations become stronger, more effective and, ultimately, more stable,” said Anna Makukha. “Moreover, we are working on the possibility of further financial support for the most promising strategies that will be developed as part of this project, which will become an additional incentive for all participants.”
The accelerator mechanism, as Elena Porokhina explained, will begin with the training of the project experts themselves and already in October of this year involves the holding of a citywide strategic session. The main work of the accelerator will take place in two streams within 2025–2027. The participating organizations will receive individual support of federal experts and specialists of the CRC to develop their own strategies in one of eight specialized tracks-areas of activity.
An important element will be the “reconciliation of watches” with representatives of the authorities and business, which will make it possible to make sure that their plans do not contradict the general vectors of the development of the city and territory, do not duplicate existing initiatives and can count on support. At the end of each stream, the participants will publicly present prepared strategies before a wide expert circle to receive feedback and final adjustment.
The importance of the close integration of the activities of NPOs with the general development strategy of territories emphasized by the chairman of the Norilsk City Council of Deputies Alexander Pestryakov. He noted the practical benefits of strategic planning both for the NGOs themselves and for the city as a whole. According to him, the non -profit sector has already proved its viability, and now it is important to direct its energy into the channel of long -term strategies.
“The task of power is to help NPOs in this process, acting as a“ social expert ”in order to avoid ineffective expenditure of resources and duplication of functions,” explained Alexander Pestryakov. – When the initiatives of civil society and the city’s plans are moving in one direction, we get a cumulative effect, which is expressed in a real improvement in the life of the Norilcans and the inhabitants of Taimyr. I am sure the project will be an important step along the way. ”
It is expected that thanks to the successful implementation of the project “Pulse of Development: Accelerator of NPO strategies”, the organization of Norilsk and Taimyr will become more stable and competitive. This, in turn, should lead to an improvement in the quality of the social services they provided and increase the general well -being of the population of the region.
