As previously announced, Revolut Bank takes on the mortgage market. Lithuanians who want to transfer their commitment will benefit first. The whole process is digital, based on a mobile application.


Among the announcements on 2025, Revolut placed the start of the awaited new products – mortgage loans. As part of the pilot, the service is just going to the first market. Lithuanian customers can sign up in the application on the list of those interested in transferring (refinancing) the mortgage.
The bank has chosen a specific path – pre -approved, personalized offers. As the bank reserves, this is a non -binding offer based on the customer's credit assessment. The conditions of the final offer and the decision to grant or failure to grant a loan may change after the Bank made a collateral assessment or in the event of any changes in the financial situation of the borrower.
The application will be able to check potential rates and mortgage conditions within a few minutes. The financing amount is between EUR 35,000 and EUR 1 million with a repayment period of up to 30 years. There will be no fee for moving, but the previous bank may want commissions in accordance with the terms of the previously signed contract.

Each client applying for refinancing will have at their disposal a local mortgage manager, which will provide individual assistance in the application process (if necessary) ” – the Revolut was indicated in the press release.
