Krasnoyarsk Territory and the main financialist of the Russian Federation agreed on cooperation

The Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Chief Financial Commissioner of the Russian Federation entered into an interaction agreement. This was reported in the Ministry of Finance of the region.
The agreement is aimed at promoting the protection of consumers of financial services. The main goal is to increase the legal and financial literacy of the population, to make the order of pre -trial settlement of disputes between the population and financial organizations accessible and understandable.
Residents of the region can receive support in case of disagreement with banks, insurance companies, microfinance organizations, non -state pension funds, credit consumer cooperatives and pawnshops.
“The signing of the agreement corresponds to the tasks of the federal strategy for improving the financial literacy of the population until 2030 and is aimed at developing a pre -trial protection of consumers of financial services. We strive to ensure that every resident of our region, when applying to financial organizations, feels the support of the state and, if necessary, can defend its rights with the help of specially created mechanisms, ”said the Deputy Prime Minister of the region, Minister of Finance Vladimir Bakhar.

The agreement involves the implementation of joint educational projects, the organization of consultations, seminars, conferences. Particular attention will be paid to educational work among labor collectives, schoolchildren and students, as well as cooperation with local authorities and the legal community.
