At the Krasnoyarsk TPP-1, equipment is repaired and modernized for electricity production

At the Krasnoyarsk TPP-1, repair and modernization of the main equipment for the production of electricity undergoes. The overhaul of the turbine unit No. 3 has already been carried out, at the stage of completion of work at the turbine unit No. 10 with a capacity of 85 MW.

All turbine units, and they have them for TPP-1, annually undergo maintenance-current repair. Power engineers begin capital work after the unit is engaged in 34,000 hours – the check is mandatory, even if the equipment works as usual and does not raise questions. Before starting the repair and after its implementation, the turbine undergoes comprehensive tests under the guidance of a design organization.

The repairs plan, the input and withdrawal of equipment regional dispatch management (RDU), which controls the entire regional energy system.

In addition to repair work, SGK continues the implementation of a large-scale program of environmental modernization of the TPP-1. At the moment, the station is installed by a turbine with a capacity of 35 MW. These works are held as part of the federal program “Clean Air”. The second turbine at the station is expected in the middle of summer. Previously, according to this program, the TPP-1 commissioned 11 out of 15 electrofilters with cleaning efficiency over 99 %, as well as two new boiler units. SGK plans to complete the environmental modernization of the Krasnoyarsk TPP-1 in 2026.
