

“You can swing your hands at least every day, but they do not decrease. Sagging hands are the consequences of overeating and excessive fat in the body,” the coach explained.
According to Boyko, it will not work to remove excess fat only in hand.
“The main thing is to burn excess fat. Without this hand, you can’t decrease in any way. You can’t lose weight only in your hands or hips. The body is completely losing weight. And for this you need to create a calorie deficit and be more active,” the expert emphasized.
He urged not to look for “magic exercises” for the hands, but to work with the whole body.
“And the hands will pull up themselves,” Boyko assured.
Context
Boyko in 2012 at the Ukrainian Bodybuilding Championship in Kyiv won the bronze medal in the category of “Veterans”. In 2016, at the open Cup of the Lviv region for bodybuilding, bodyfitnes, fitness bikini and beach bodybuilding in the category of “veterans” he took second place.
