Volodimir Zelenski: “It is very important to remain strong. I am confident”
Ukraine is prepared for a lasting, lasting fire cease, for at least 30 days, Zelenski repeated in an online intervention at the summary of the joint expeditionary force (Joint Expeditionary Force, Jef), which took place in Oslo.
The head of the Ukrainian state congratulated the participants in the summit on the occasion of Europe Day and mentioned that what will be Europe in the future depends largely on the elections and actions made now
“It is very important to stay strong and continue to work together – as we do now. This is the meaning of formats such as Jef and our entire cooperation – Ukraine with Northern Europe, with the United Kingdom, with the Baltic countries and with all our other partners,” said the Ukrainian president, mentioning that he had a telephone with Donald.
“If Russia prolongs the war, the sanctions will need to be consolidated, especially if it violates the cessation of fire when it declares it,” Zelenski pleaded, calling on close coordination with the United States.
“I am confident: Europe has only to gain from such a teamwork – it will contribute to the consolidation of the entire existing security architecture,” Zelenski said.
The meeting of Zelenski was attended by the President of Lithuania, Gitanas Nausėda, President of Finland, Alexander Stubb, British Prime Minister, Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of Denmark, Mette Fredriksen, Estonia Prime Minister, Kristen Michal, Prime Minister Frostadóttir, Prime Minister of Latvia, Eiks Silini, Prime Minister of Norway, Jonas Gahr Støre, Prime Minister of Sweden, ULF Kristersson, and Defense Minister Ruben Brekelmans.
