“The presence of senior officials of a number of states at the events organized by the Kremlin has nothing to do with perpetuating the memory of the victims and heroes of the Second World War, and in fact is an abuse of it, the support of modern aggression in Europe, the aggressive war of Ukraine,” the ministry believes.
