The Krasni Railway site “Country of Railways” to teach schoolchildren the safety rules opened in Krasnoyarsk

The special educational site of the Krasnoyarsk highway for schoolchildren “Country of Railways” opened today, May 22, in Krasnoyarsk at the Sibir Ministry of Internal Affairs. It will work within three days as part of the specialized forum “Modern Security Systems – Anti -Terror 2025”.

The platform is a unique interactive complex developed by Krasn specialists for the effective teaching of children to safe behavior at the railway facilities. So, they will become participants in the scientific show, where, together with the moderators-scientists, various experiments will be conducted, assimilating the rules using the laws of physics and chemistry.

Railway workers will pay special attention to the danger of electricity – in contact wires above the routes a huge voltage, it is 27,500 volts, which is 125 times higher than in a household outlet. This type of current is already striking at a distance of two meters, so it is strictly forbidden to rise to wagons. Due to the neglect of this rule over the past five years, 7 people have suffered from electric traumas over Krasn from electric trauma, of which 2 adults and 2 children were killed.

To tell the children about the dangerous properties of electricity, “Experience with Tesla coil” will be shown on the educational site.

In addition, an unusual master class is organized for young Krasnoyarsk residents on the site: together with the railway workers, children with their own hands will make keychain and magnets with the image of safety signs-“Beware of trains!”, “High tension!”, “Walking along the paths is prohibited!” Schoolchildren will take crafts with them as a reminder of important rules.

The volunteers of the Krasn site on the forum were pupils of the Krasnoyarsk Children's Railway and students of the Krasnoyarsk Institute of Railway Transport.

Note that this is not the only preventive event that takes place on the eve of the summer holidays. Currently, the Krasnoyarsk railway workers are holding the action “Give the way to trains!”, It includes security lessons and thematic excursions for schoolchildren. Parents are reminded of the need not to leave children unattended at the transport facilities.
