
Fragrant, delicate and melting synnabons in the mouth seem difficult to prepare. Although many of us, having tried this bun at least once in our lives, would like to bake it at home. As it turned out, to do it is easier.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 50 g of softened butter
- Sugar powder
- Raisins or nuts in the filling
- Vanilla sugar in dough
- 250 ml of warm milk
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 7 g of dry yeast
- 250-300 g of flour
- A pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp. Sahara
Cooking
1. Take a glass of warm milk, add a tablespoon of sugar and a bag of dry yeast. Leave 10 minutes until the foam appears. Pour 2 cups of flour, a pinch of salt and pour 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Knead the soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
2. While the dough is suitable, make the filling. Mix 50 g of softened oil with 3 tablespoons of sugar and a teaspoon of cinnamon. The fragrant paste should turn out.
3. Roll out the approaching dough into a rectangular layer. Spread the filling evenly, then turn into a roll. Cut into portioned pieces 3-4 cm wide.
4. Lay the blanks in the shape, leaving the distance between them. Let stand for 15 minutes, then bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden.
