Clean-up at Grupa Azoty. The president and vice-presidents were dismissed

The Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty adopted resolutions on the dismissal of Andrzej Skolmowski from the position of president of the management board and delegated the vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board, Aleksandra Machowicz-Jaworska, to perform the duties of president, the company announced in a press release.

As stated, Aleksandra Machowicz-Jaworska is delegated to perform the duties of the president from February 13, 2026 until the date of appointment of the president of the company's management board selected in the qualification procedure, but for a period not longer than three months.

The Supervisory Board also canceled Paweł Bielski and Andrzej Dawidowski as vice-presidents of the company.

The resolution of the company's Supervisory Board came into force upon its adoption.

“The Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty, on behalf of which the position was presented by the Chairman, emphasized that at a key moment in the process of negotiations with financial institutions and key stakeholders, the primary goal remains the long-term stabilization of the company's financial situation. Achieving this goal also requires decisive actions in organizing the work of the management board. In the opinion of the Board, the new composition of the management board will be obliged to implement solutions that will bring Grupa Azoty closer to reaching an agreement with creditors, which will ensure stable and long-term operation of the company,” wrote MAP on the X platform.
