A free Green Marathon and the All-Russian eco-action “I Choose Clean Air” will be held in Krasnoyarsk

A big family celebration of sports, ecology and charity will take place in Krasnoyarsk on May 30, on Saturday – participants of the SberPrime Green Marathon and the All-Russian eco-action “I Choose Clean Air” will take to the running.

You can register to participate in the races now. Participation is free.

Tatyshev Island (eastern entrance) will once again welcome athletes and fans. Children's distances of 500 meters and 1 kilometer are provided for participants. Adults over 14 years old will be able to run a distance of 4.2 kilometers. The longest distance for professionals is 10 kilometers.

Guests of the festival will also enjoy Nordic (Scandinavian) walking and an inclusive route for participants with special needs.

This year, the Green Marathon includes races at two more distances, 5 km and 1 km, in support of the All-Russian environmental campaign “I Choose Clean Air”.

The marathon partner is the SberPrime subscription. Especially for Siberians, thematic activities, music zones and gifts from partners are organized at the start and finish area.

Festive, family, charitable and environmental locations will be open for guests of the holiday, quizzes will be held where you can win a lot of useful goods for outdoor activities, sports and tourism. Spectators and fans will enjoy festive concerts and other entertainment activities.

The winners of the races will receive valuable prizes. And the finalists at different distances receive medals from the participants.

Traditionally, the Green Marathon will be a charity event – upon registration, everyone can make a voluntary donation. All registration fees and voluntary donations will go to the Sberbank Charitable Fund “Investment in the Future”, and the bank will double the amount. Using the funds raised, non-profit organizations will open school preparation programs for children with mental disabilities and orphanhood experience.
