Achinets will appear before the trial for the murder of his beloved, committed almost 30 years ago. This was reported in the prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The crime occurred in 1997. The 25-year-old guy talked with his girlfriend on the landing of an apartment building. The couple quarreled. Achinets in an impulse of anger pushed a 19-year-old girl. She fell down the stairs, knocked out a window in her body on the site between the 3rd and 4th floors and fell through it to the ground. The girl died on the spot from injuries.
In 1997, law enforcement officers could not disclose crimes. However, the investigation recently resumed. After a second study of the case materials, the man was detained. He confessed to the crime.
“I didn’t want to kill, I was just jealous of the former,” the accused explained.
The prosecutor approved the man accusation of causing grievous bodily harm to the health of the girl who entailed her death (part 4 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
