
Fritate is an omelet, which includes vegetables, greens, low -fat meat and mushrooms. The ingredients can be replaced in accordance with their taste preferences. This dish is suitable for any meal, and will also benefit your body and body.
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of broccoli
- 1 average tomato
- 1 Bulgarian pepper
- 80 grams of cheese
- 5 eggs
- 50 ml of milk
- Spices – to taste
- Greens – at will
*To make the dish more satisfying, you can add chicken and mushrooms. This option is perfect for lunch or dinner.

Method of preparation:
- Pour a liter of water into the pan, salt, bring to a boil. While the water boils, we divide broccoli into inflorescences and divide large in half. When the water boils, put broccoli in it and cook until half -cooked.

- We cut the pepper into the bar (approximately 1 cm) and divide them in half.

- When broccoli was cooked to the desired state, we transfer it to the form in which we will bake our dish. Next we spread the pepper and fill the vegetables with a mixture of milk and eggs.

- We rub the cheese and divide into two parts. A small advice – if you rub on a fine grater, then the “cheese hat” will be delicate and airy. After the cheese is rubbed, lay out one part in the shape on top of the mixture and vegetables.

- We put our dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Also, freetata can be prepared in a microwave oven (cooking time depends on the power of the furnace).
- After the dish has prepared, sprinkle with the second half of the grated cheese and remove it in the oven so that the cheese melts. If desired, the dish can be decorated with fresh or frozen greens. Ideal for such a dish is basic and dill.
