Sberbes congratulates customers on the upcoming holidays-the holiday of spring and labor and the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory-and reports on the mode of operation of its departments from April 30 to May 12, 2025.
Each office has an individual mode of operation. It can be recognized in the Sberbank Online and Sberbesburg mobile applications, as well as on the bank’s website in the section “offices and ATMs” or in departments.
Payments on loans of individuals on May 1-4 and 8–11 will be written off as usual. According to the terms of lending, if the date of payment falls on a weekend or holiday, it can be made before the first working day inclusive, there will be no delay.
The prolongation of deposits, the term of which expires on May 1-4 or May 8-11, will be postponed to May 5 and May 12, respectively. If the deposit is valid on May 5-7, it will be prolonged in normal mode.
The client can use money without restrictions after the end of the deposit term on any day at Sberbank Online or in the Bank branch in accordance with the work schedule.
Payments on loans of legal entities arriving on May 1-4 will be written off on May 5, and on May 8-11-May 12. Some types of transactions for corporate customers in bank offices will not be carried out during this period. Consultations on all issues can be obtained in a contact center for corporate customers.
ATMs in the self -service zones of departments will work in standard mode. Publicly available – according to the operating mode of the organization where an ATM is established. Clients can perform most operations on their own in the Sberbank Online mobile application in 24/7 mode.
The savings also said that in honor of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, those who wish can receive for free Georgievsky ribbons in the departments of Sberbank throughout Russia. In total, 2.5 million tapes will be issued.
