Netizens drew attention to their childish talent for throwing short but pithy phrases at Russians.
“I don’t know who the SMM is in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, but the person is definitely in the right place,” they wrote in the post.
“Thank you,” Vladislav Dunaenko, SMM manager of the Ministry of Defense, responded in the comments.
Who is Dunaenko
He is an active military man, a former infantryman and combat medic.
“I have the motivation to change something. Communications come first,” he wrote he has been on his page since January 31st.
The brightest memes
Internet publication “GORDON” collected the top 10 most effective reactions of an SMM manager to the whining of Russians.
“Bryansk, the plant no longer exists,” the Russians complained.
“The plant no longer exists, the telephone is turned off,” Dunaevsky “sympathized” with them.
“It hurts,” wrote a Russian social media user.
“When it hurts, it’s good,” the SMM man “supported” him.
In response to complaints from residents of Bryansk that they were suffocating from smoke after the attack, Dunaevsky reminded that they should not complain, but enjoy the “smell of freedom.”
Dunaevsky’s comments often receive much more likes than posts by Russians who, contrary to propaganda, tell the true state of things online.
Context
A series of at least 11 explosions occurred on March 10 over the Sovetsky district of Bryansk at about 17.00 local time. Governor of the Bryansk Region Alexander Bogomaz warned about “smoke from combustion products” and called on residents not to go outside and close their windows, but did not directly say that the plant was hit.
Ukrainian monitoring Telegram channels were the first to write about the fact that the target was Silicon El. Exilenova+ And Supernova+, their video from the scene showed numerous arrivals, a fire and a huge column of black smoke over the factory territory. Russian online publication Astra, having conducted its own OSINT analysis based on eyewitness video, confirmed a hit in the assembly shop of the enterprise and suggested that the strikes were caused by Storm Shadow. According to Astra, one of the missiles hit the main administrative building of the plant, where employees were located at that moment; the other is production workshops. The blow also hit the territory of the neighboring Bryansk College of Management and Business.
