Transgaz remained with the same bosses, but with new mandates of 4 years, after a selection and nomination procedure. With an exception. Specifically, almost all the members of the Board of Directors of the State Company Transgaz received new four -year mandates, the shareholders of the company decided on Tuesday. Following the conduct of this selection procedure, it was found that the candidates who were already administrators meet.
There were 25 candidates for the five Transgaz administrators, who submitted their files until February 24, the deadline. Of the 25 were 14 on the short list. After interviews, four were selected that were already members in the Board of Directors. There is only one change of name.
The selection procedure was managed by the General Secretariat of the Government and the Agency for Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Enterprises (AMEPIP).
The selection procedure was necessary under the conditions in which Monday, April 29, the mandates of the administrators Ion Sterian, Petru Ion Văduva, Nicolae Minea, Ilinca von Derenhall and Adina Lăcrimioara Hanza expired.
Ion Sterian, undisturbed since 2013
One of the four who received a new term is Ion Sterian. He is a member of the Transgaz Board of Directors since 2013. At the same time, he also holds the position of general manager of the company. Sterian was the chairman of the Board of Directors until 2017, when he was appointed general manager.
The other three who have obtained new mandates of administrators are Nicolae Minea, Ilinca von Derenthall and Adina Lăcrimioara Hanza, who was interim.
They will have a mandate for 4 years, until April 29, 2029.
NEW COME: Former Chief of the Dăncilă Chancellery
The only one to whom the mandate expired and did not receive another new one is Petru Ion Văduva. Instead, it was called Costin Mihalache. He is known for the position of chief of the chancellery of former Prime Minister Viorica Dăncilă. He later dealt with business consultancy.
Until he became the head of the Danube Chancellery, Costin Mihalache held a series of functions in state structures. He was a counselor of Viorica Dăncilă, as well as the former prime minister Victor Ponta.
In the CV, in studies, the Police Academy, the Faculty of Law, and the University of Chinese Language and Culture in Beijing are passed. In fact, he represented several Romanian organizations and institutions in relation to the Chinese Republic.
