Two people died and three are seriously injured after a road accident on DN2-E85, in Vrancea
A 29-year-old man and 33-year-olds, both drivers died, and three people, including two children, were injured, following a road accident on Friday night on Saturday, on DN2-E85.

According to the police, the deceased man, who was in the car with his wife and two children aged 8 and 5, would have fallen asleep and entered the counter, where he hit a car driven by a 29 -year -old driver from Dâmboviţa county. The latter died at the hospital a few hours later, writes Agerpres.
“Following the checks carried out by the police, it was established that a 33 -year -old man from Vrancea County, while driving a car in the direction of Tişiţa to Focşani, on the background of fatigue, fell asleep and entered the opposite direction of driving, colliding with another car,” said IPJ Vrancea.
The 33 -year -old driver was declared died on the spot. Three other people, including the two children, were injured, being transported to the Focşani Emergency Receiving Unit for specialized medical care.
At the scene of the accident were directed four emergency ambulances and the SMURD unloading module.
The police have opened a criminal case for guilty murder and bodily injury, the investigations being carried out to establish all the circumstances of the accident.
