International large -scale testing for knowledge of the history of the Great Patriotic War took place today, April 25.
For the seventh time, the action is organized by United Russia as part of the Party project “Historical Memory”. This year, tasks are devoted to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
About 700 sites worked on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, more than 21 thousand inhabitants of the region took part in the action. At the same time, participants in the action in all regions and countries received a test, which consists of 25 issues related to the history of the war, its heroes and Victory Day. The participants were allotted for the test 45 minutes. The issues of the test for Russian and foreign participants were leading scientists-historians of the Russian historical and Russian military-historical societies.
“This year we increased the number of sites where you can write a Victory dictation. The region traditionally takes part in this international action, which has joined 80 countries. The preservation of historical memory, historical truth is one of the most important meanings of the Dictation of Victory, ”said Yevgeny Petrenko, deputy of the regional parliament, regional coordinator of the historical memory party project.
The main platform of the Krasnoyarsk Territory this year was the Yenisei Gallery exhibition center. Participants in the Dictation of Victory were one of the first to appreciate the stand of the exposition of the Krasnoyarsk Territory from the international exhibition-forum Russia in Moscow. Like at VDNH, I met the guests “Yenisei”. The chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexei Dodatko greeted the participants and guests of the site:
“A simple formula that has become the motto of this action is“ Know to remember! ”, For several years, he unites hundreds of people around the world. The story of the Great Victory today is alive in the memory of every family, which always remembers its loved ones who have overcome inhuman trials during the war. Victory was given to our people at a high price. The strength of the winners generation gives us confidence that the difficulties that fall to the share of our generation will certainly be overcome. It is important to know our story, it is important that we have gathered together, that we have the opportunity to do something so that our children and grandchildren know the story of the Great Victory. The action is designed for people of different ages, but it occupies a special place in the hearts of children and grandchildren of participants in the Great Patriotic War.
The daughter of the Hero of the Soviet Union, military pilot Fedor Petrovich Seliverstov Izold Fedorovna Seliverstova also took part in the action, told about the feat of her father: “Father went through the war from the first to the last day in the aviation regiment. He performed the tasks of the command, engaged in intelligence, participated in battles, delivered cargo to the partisans. He completed 236 sorties, for 157 he received the title of Hero of the Soviet Union with the award of the Order of Lenin, he was awarded 10 orders in total. He was wounded, then, after the end of the war, he served in the army. Such promotions are very necessary. It is necessary to preserve the memory of the past, because it is our future. Our heroes should be an example for young people! ”
Siberians could also answer the questions of the dictation in schools, libraries, museums and cultural institutions in all municipalities of the region. The site was organized at the headquarters of public support for the party, at the International Airport of Krasnoyarsk named after D. A. Hvorostovsky, at the railway station. For the first time, the branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation in the Krasnoyarsk Territory joined the action.

Every year there are more and more the number of participants. The most important thing is that children in schools, students in universities write a dictation. Thus, we retain the memory of our grandfathers and great -grandfathers, about their feat and pass it on to remember. The Pillars of the Pillars have been participating in the action for several years, the special atmosphere has been here and I am glad that our Krasnoyarsk residents gathered here, who are important to take part in the Dictation of Victory in memory of our victorious heroes! ”
Deputy of the City Council of Krasnoyarsk, regional coordinator of the party project “Strong Family” Lyudmila Ilyin was written by Dictation of Victory in the wagon of the electric train “Krasnoyarsk – Divnogorsk”:
“My son and I chose an unusual place for writing a Victory dictation – an electric train. The place is interesting, besides the fact that we participate in one of the memorable actions to Victory Day, we made a short trip along one of the most picturesque routes to Divnogorsk. It is important that we got together here, remembered our great story. This day my son and I will not forget when he becomes an adult, it will also be with his children to participate in commemorative events for Victory Day, one of the main holidays of our country. ”
The winners of the Dictation of Victory will be determined at the local, regional and federal levels.
Note that the preservation of historical memory is the priority of the People’s Program of the Party and the Party Project “Historical Memory”. The main goals of the action are the public involvement in the study of the history of the Great Patriotic War, the increase in historical literacy and the patriotic education of youth.
