Anti-fraud inspectors, along with police and prosecutors, started on Thursday checks and searches in a criminal case aimed at a number of 24 companies that carry out services in the landscape field and the maintenance of green spaces, the main beneficiaries of these services being the territorial administrative units in Bucharest.
According to a statement of ANAF, they attracted the attention of companies in Bucharest that subcontract the services invoiced to the territorial administrative units, to various companies in Călărași county, and which present “inadequate fiscal behavior”, with indications regarding the evading from the fulfillment of the fiscal obligations, both regarding the payment of the VAT, as well as the obligations without legal forms.
The value of the transactions on which the evading is foreshadowed from the fulfillment of the fiscal obligations amounts to about 27,000,000 lei, say the representatives of the Treasury.
The General Directorate of Fiscal Antifraud draws attention to the legal consequences of non -declaration of income, regardless of their source.
