“Two civilians died as a result of the enemy shelling of the Kupyansky district. […] Around 5 p.m., the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation inflicted an aviation blow to the village of Petropavlovka, Kupyansky district. A 54-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man were killed, ”the report said.
According to the prosecutor's office, residential buildings were damaged in the village.
“The exact type of aviation ammunition, which is committed by the attack, is established,” the post noted.
Pre -trial investigation was started under Part 2 of Art. 438 (committing a war crime that entailed the death of people) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The head of the Kharkov regional military administration Oleg Sinegubov wrote in Telegram that since the beginning of April, Russian invaders only fired at 2.9 thousand times.
“As a result of enemy strikes, 25 civilians were injured, four people died,” he emphasized.
