The Romanian Ministry of Defense announced that military divers explored the sea area east of Constanţa and discovered an unknown object, which turned out to be a Sea Baby maritime drone. The drone was destroyed by controlled detonation.
The SBU assured in a statement that the whereabouts of all its Sea Baby drones performing operational tasks in the Black Sea were known and none of them “had entered Romanian territorial waters.”

Sea Baby unmanned surface ships are a product of SBU. In the basic version, they resemble a motorboat in shape and dimensions. They can carry up to 850 kg of explosives and are multifunctional devices.

On Saturday, Ukrainian media reported, citing sources in the SBU, that Sea Baby drones damaged two tankers of the Russian so-called shadow fleets in the Black Sea.
