Vera Brezhneva began renting out her real estate in Moscow for about 300k rubles in order to earn money in Russia after the closure of the individual entrepreneur in 2022.
The singer rents out office space in the Presnensky district of the capital to a subsidiary of her ex-husband Konstantin Meladze. According to Mash, the Gusli label is paying for the space. The owner of which is music producer Andrei Dzhakhaya.
Gusli is a sub-brand of the First Music Publishing House label, the largest player in the domestic music industry. 12% belongs to Konstantin Meladze’s sister Liana, and until 2023 the same percentage belonged to Konstantin. The cost of renting a similar premises in the Presnensky district is over 260 thousand rubles. Representatives of the gusli declined to comment.
