On the weekend in the United States there are hundreds of protests against the activities of President Trump's administration, organized mainly by the 50501 movement, a decentralized group working for democracy and the protection of the constitution. According to media reports, over 800 demonstrations were recorded throughout the country.

On New York Manhattan, the participants of the march opposition to the mass deportations of foreigners, especially the controversial enforcement of immigration regulations. “No fear, no hatred, throw ICE out of our state!” – demonstrators chanted, referring to the American office for immigration and customs enforcement (ICE)- reports the Associated Press Agency.
In Washington, crowds gathered in front of the White House, expressing concerns about mass immigrant deportations and cuts in financing education. Executive abuse was also criticized. Michelle Willis, a teacher's assistant from New Bedford in Massachusetts, came to Washington DC with two children. “We must speak, we must stand together and encourage people,” she appealed in an interview with the National Public Radio NPR.
In Massachusetts, protests coincided with the celebration of the anniversary of the United States War. Participants of the demonstration pointed to an analogy between resistance to tyranny 250 years ago and the current situation. “No kings, resistance to tyranny!” – CNN quotes one of the slogans of demonstrators.
Protests in the USA include rallies, marches, social events such as food collections and volunteering, as well as symbolic acts, e.g. the creation of the “Impeach & Remove” banner on the Ocean Beach in San Francisco.
According to the organizers from Movement 50501, the demonstrations were aimed not only at the objection, but also the support of local communities, especially people affected by forest fires or economic difficulties caused by Trump's policy.
As part of the “Tesla Takedown” campaign (break up Tesla), over 100 protests were organized at Elon Musk, due to his advisory role in Trump's administration and an impact on the reduction of employment in federal administration. The campaign, which is a bottom -up protest movement, which was born at the beginning of 2025, questions, among others, the large political influence of the general director and the owner of Tesla Inc.
