The Krasnoyarsk prosecutor's office helped the schoolboy receive compensation for the injury he received during a fight.
The incident occurred in February 2025 at school No. 8 on Novosibirskaya Street. It was established that two boys decided to “have a friendly fight” with each other during recess, but the process escalated into a real fight, during which a 15-year-old 8th grader hit his 17-year-old opponent in the nose.
“However, the incident went unnoticed by the teacher, who was talking on the phone at the time of the conflict. The victim was diagnosed with a displaced fracture of the nasal bones and swelling. The injuries received were classified as minor harm to health,” the prosecutor’s office said.
The supervisory authority considered that the injury was a consequence of the lack of proper control on the part of the school and filed a claim to recover compensation in the amount of 30 thousand rubles from the institution in favor of the student. Despite the fact that the school representative did not agree with this, the court satisfied the prosecutor's request.
