Milorad Dodik has a proposal for Donald Trump. It wants to achieve it

Milorad Dodik accused the European Union of “a lack of understanding of what is happening in Bosnia and Herzegovina”, admitting that this knowledge is owned by the right -wing parties of some European countries. The pro -Russian president of the Republic of Serbian also stated that “he believes that he will soon have the opportunity to establish better relations with the US, from which he expects to reduce pressure on the majority of Serbian part of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” Bosnian editorial team of N1 said.
President Dodik confirmed that he is ready to offer Trump management of lithium deposits located in the territory of the Serbian Republic. The existence of raw material deposits in the east of Bosnia and Herzegovina was confirmed at the end of 2024, but its quantity has not yet been thoroughly examined.
Dodik assured that even in the case of issuing a final conviction against him, he would not give up his political career.
Crisis in Bosnia and Herzegovina
At the end of February, the court of first instance in Sarajevo sentenced Dodik to a year in prison and six years of a ban on performing public functions for hindering the implementation of the decision of a high representative of the international community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt. This institution supervises the implementation of the provisions of the peace system from Dayton, which ended the war in the 1990s. On Saturday, the defense of the president appealed against the judgment.
The decision was caused by one of the most serious political crises in the state after the war. After the verdict was announced, the Parliament of the Republic of Serbian voted a number of laws prohibiting actions on its territory of several Bosnian central institutions, including courts, prosecutor's office and federal police. After the documents were signed by Dodik, the Constitutional Tribunal of Bosnia and Herzegovina suspended their validity on March 7 until the final decision was made.
