Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced that on Thursday he would present the first package of solutions to translate into the deregulation of the Polish economy.


The government has previously considered 173 proposals led by Rafał Brzoska Initiatives – we checked on Wednesday the chairman of the Government Deregulation Team, head of the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers Maciej Berek. On Wednesday, the team discussed proposals on improving the functioning of the justice system.
“The government team has previously considered 173 deregulating proposals of the initiative.
The chairman of the Government Deregulation Team also reported that the 26 submitted by the initiative we check the postulates (15 percent) requires “in -depth analyzes”.
“On 32 postulates (19 percent) we did not agree, due to, among others, the issues of security and stability of public finances,” added Berek.
He also informed that during the Wednesday meeting of the Government Team for Deregulation, they were discussed, among others Proposals regarding improving the efficiency of the justice system.
The minister also wrote on X that “in addition to considering the proposal of the #we check, The Council of Ministers is working on its own deregulation projects “. He reminded that the government adopted a project of the Ministry of Justice on Tuesday, introducing simplifications in the system of free legal assistance. Using this assistance will no longer require a statement regarding the inability to bear the costs of assistance. The advice will also be available online or in a telephone conversation.
At the end of March, Berek said that the postulates passed by the initiative led by the head of Inpost Rafał Brzoska are subjected to her experts “in -depth analysis”, then they are subject to initial verification conducted by the government.
“We receive so -called flashcards with deregulatory proposals and check if they arouse fundamental reservations regarding, for example, a significant depletion of the state's income. They are unacceptable at the initial stage. The others are directed to the relevant ministers,” said the minister. He noted that the ministers must refer to the postulate during the appointed time. If the proposal of changes is accepted by the minister, the ministry undertakes work on a legislative project, which is supposed to put into practice.
As Berek pointed out, projects that did not receive the approval of the relevant minister are sent to the government deregulation team, where they are re -verified.
In February, Prime Minister Donald Tusk offered Rafał Brzosce to manage a team that is to prepare proposals in this area; Brzoska accepted the proposal, and a week later the initiative he managed, we check her first demands. (PAP)
