The decriminalization of the Emelyanovsky district continues in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. At the request of the prosecutor's office, 101 hectares of agricultural land were returned to municipal property.
The audit revealed that in 2023, without bidding on preferential conditions, the administration of the Emelyanovsky district gave 101 hectares of land LLC Karir Levoberezhny. The cadastral value of the site was 3.8 million rubles.
“In order to substantiate its advantage to obtain this particular territory, the company provided a license for the use of subsoil – the extraction of sand and gravel. However, the allocated plot belongs to the category of agricultural land, which means that it is impossible to extract minerals there, ”the prosecutor’s office said.
The court recognized the deal illegal, although the company did not agree with the arguments of the prosecutor's office. As a result, the site was returned to the municipality.
