In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the case of negligence was opened after an accident with a resident of the village of the Dolgory bridge of the Aban region.

According to the regional prosecutor's office, on April 5, a hurricane wind fell a faulty pipe of the boiler room. Her fragment fell on the stoker, he died on the spot from injuries.
It turned out that a month before the incident, the engineers informed the chapter Dolgomostovsky village council that the pipe was covered with corrosion and burned out in places. She examined her and convinced of accident, but no measures to replace I undertook.
Despite the unfavorable forecast, the head nevertheless allowed the stoker to work at a dangerous facility. At the same time, the deceased was not provided with personal protective equipment and did not go on safety instruction at the workplace.
The head of the village council was fined for violation of the requirements of labor protection legislation (PH. 2, 3, 4 of article 5.27.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation). The investigation is put on control.
